Today we decided to go back to The Marine in Peel after five years when we had a fly in our food one sunday...We have heard friends recently talk about the place lately and how good food was...Had the Sunday carvery lots on the plate great choice of vegetables and different meats...Its been value for money and a great feed ..Would definitely recommend coming here now ...
Very busy when we went and a lot of the tables were booked. The portions were smaller than usual which was disappointing ordered the large braised steak. The vegetables were not strained had water on the plate. People passing were bumping the seated people trying to eat making it a little uncomfortable.
Had to take cover with heavy rain and we were so pleased we took cover here. Warm and friendly welcome awaited us. I chose roast lamb and I have to say it was the best roast dinner I have ever had in a pub. Onion sauce, lamb, potatoes, veg, all soo tasty. Great portion size. Hubby had jacket potato with chicken curry ... 2 very happy holiday customers .
Good food , fast service reasonable prices , especially TT weeks , our favourite place to eat
A very pleasant pub grub facility near the popular Peel beachfront. Good range of specials and a bar menu and dining menu available too.
