The White Horse is a newly refurbished family run gastro pub in Chorleywood which prides itself on its atmosphere and attention to detail.
The recent refurbishment was completed in July 2015, it blends the country with London reflecting that this is commuter belt and local people will be dining in London and will hopefully be looking for something similar close to home. The upgrades to the inside of the pub will continue over 2015-2016 to make the pub as comfortable as possible and to suit locals requirements. We now have a second courtyard area on the side of the pub which again will keep evolving over the coming months.
Serving fantastic food is a priority at The White Horse. Robert is an experienced chef who has worked with top names such as Mike North of the Nut Tree, Chris Barber (ex head chef of the Prince of Wales), Heston Blumenthal and Michel Roux Jr.

Taken my mum and family twice now to this newly owned pub and have never been disappointed , the food is to die for if you like Thai but also do good English food as well. Great atmosphere with open fire roaring and staff super friendly. 10 out of 10 .
Wow, stopped off on the way home by chance and what a great pub. Lovely indoor seating area and bar with additional outdoor space in a nice refurbed garden/courtyard. The Thai menu was extensive and the food was like being back in Thailand with authentic dishes. Thankyou for a lovely meal
Fabulous night for our work drinks. Our colleague was leaving and Alice kindly made space in the pub for 27 of us. Atmosphere, food & drinks were amazing. Thai food but non Thai as well. Extremely tasty & delicious. Thank you so much Will be back soon
Driven past many times.. so phoned up and booked a table as wasn't sure how busy it gets at lunch time. very friendly lady greeted us. (Been refurbished recently with Thai kitchen) Didn't know which starter we wanted so went for the sharer... and then i stuck to pad Thai and friend curry.. amazing food made with love.. expected it to cost more than it did.. so highly recommend 👌
We stopped here on way hotel after a day at the Harry Potter tour. The kids loved the pizza’s and the beer Moretti was good. Service was quick and friendly. Only point I’d make is that they only do Pizza on the menu we were given. I would definitely go back anyway, but wish there was more food choices. Very close to 5 star.
