A very warm welcome to The Grange situated in the village of Grangemoor near Wakefield.
Our beautiful building was originally a dated working menโs club and has since being rebuilt to create a stunning pub, restaurant and function room for all occasions. We have a large private car park which is available for our customers and also wheelchair access and disabled facilities.
At The Grange we serve traditional home cooked, locally sourced food which is all prepared and cooked by our chef Jackie. Being child friendly we even have a menu just for the kids (the menu was even designed by one of our smaller customers!!!) We also offer vegetarian options and gluten free dishes. All our food is of the highest standard at very reasonable prices. Click here to see our menus.
To compliment your food or if you just want to relax with a pint in a warm and friendly atmosphere, we have all the usual bottled drinks and draughts on offer including a monthly rotating guest ale. In summer when the British sunshine decides to make an appearance, you can relax on our balcony which overlooks the bowling green and has some stunning views. For the colder days in winter, why not bag a spot next to the open fire, perfect for walkers and ramblers after a strenuous day.
We were there for a funeral.
Decent place for drinks with a quiz on a Friday. Some of the music is questionable (caters to an older crowd) but nice enough. Friendly staff. Not tried the food.
Loved this place, the locals and Landlord are a friendly bunch and really well kept beer, which was reasonably priced. I would recommend The Grange for a good ol drink and great laughs, overall well worth a visit.
Great pub, staff are fantastic. The weekly quiz night on Fridays was just the best. Worth a visit ๐๐ป
A lovely, cosy, friendly pub - could be better with a wider choice of alcohol free drinks
