Had to wait quite a while to be seated as did other guests, I am guessing they might have been short staffed. We booked from 6.30 but didn't get seated until 6.50. Overall the meal was okay, our waitress is always very pleasant and helpful.
Food was delicious and fresh and great value for money. The only thing that was wrong was there was a queue - not a problem but our coffees were brought out and left on the table, when we sat down with our dinner the coffees were cold but we mentioned it go the waitress and She brought fresh ones out. We were happy with this
Booked a table easily online. Had a discount voucher via the app so that was a bonus. Table was clean and ready. Waitress was prompt and attentive. Busy atmosphere, as its a popular place. Had a meat carvery and vegetarian main. Chef was very polite, welcoming and friendly. Food was tasty and everything was very hot.
Bethany was my waitress and I couldn’t thank her anymore for how attentive, understanding and lovely she is!! She is a real asset to the company as she didn’t make me feel like any request was too much. Will be returning not only for a lovely carvery, but to see Bethany’s lovely smiley face!
It was absolutely wonderful. The waitress was attentive and friendly. The man carving the meat was the most kind and helpful gentleman and really went out of his way to meet our needs and even carried a plate to our table for my Grandma. The meal was delicious and I am really grateful for the whole experience. Thank you so much
