About us

The hotel is beautifully situated in almost two acres of grounds overlooking miles of glorious coastline, with Trevose Head to the left and the famous Round Hole of Trevone to the right. The Well Parc, although not crowded by any near neighbours is less than five minutes walk from the beaches and coastal path. The village is often overlooked by the summer tourist rush who miss the beautiful unspoilt beaches. Trevone hosts two beautiful beaches - one sandy, with full lifeguard coverage during the summer months which is perfect for surfing, sand castles and lazy sunny picnics. The other beach is aptly named Rocky Beach and is a haven of rockpools teaming with interesting discoveries, it also has a natural swimming pool within the rocks of the beach.

Worth the money - given the location and cheap price and clean room. Its a lovely location - but needs signage to the beach path. Its special but hard to find. The gardens/grounds could be amazing - the caravans need a clean and proper setting/slab. The hotel /pub is really someone's home who has some rooms to rent. The whole place is tired and run down but has amazing potential if someone can put some time and money into it and wants to take it seriously. Despite the clutter and damp walls in the corridors, the Rooms are clean, linen smells fresh, and bed is comfy. Strongly recommend getting rid of the carpets - makes no sense having a shower on carpet. Should be dog friendly - would be a good differentiation and won't make the place much dirtier. Charge an extra 25 or 50 for cleaning.

Love it here, very happy memories even though the ex wife comes here it's one place she hasn't been able to ruin. Just had a nice burger at the Wednesday night dooo. Lovely people on all the stalls. Well done .

Hilarious quiz night and incredible fish and chips! I don’t wish to exaggerate here - but the best fish and chips we’ve had in Cornwall! Piping hot flakey fish in crunch batter, fluffy chips, minty peas, tangy tartare. Thanks to the friendly staff and see you soon!

The location is good for the SWCP with a direct path from the rear of the property pretty much to the beach. The room we had was a good size with fantastic views. That said, it was dated. The bar is a local hub for activities which might or might not be a draw. Food was available and adequate if not fancy. Breakfast was not bookable in advance but was available, although when we surfaced there was nobody in the hotel, even to take payment which would have made it tricky.

What a lovely little find! An impromptu overnight stay, the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating: welcoming and friendly. The food is fabulous, there’s a good bar with my kind of wine choices (good quality red), and the views and beach walks are quite spectacular. It made me very nostalgic for my childhood, when my parents had a similar family run, homely hotel!
