Popped in for breakfast, but the granola with muffin what I usually have wasn't on the menu anymore. So I had jam on toast. I asked Bret the manager what happened and he informed me it was taken off. Well, didn't expect him to bring me over a bowl of my favourite and a miluffin before my toast arrived. How thoughtful. Very happy, friendly pleasant staff. An asset to the chain. ♥️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Called in for a meal after a busy day. Extensive menu for food and drink. Great meal. Such friendly helpful staff. Will definitely go back again.
I only went here to have breakfast, and I was blown away by the high standard of service that was delivered, it was absolutely brilliant, and a true credit to the business. The few members of staff that were on were exemplary in how they went about there business, polite, welcoming and friendly, not over the top, but just the right amount to make me feel like I had arrived at somewhere unique. I can't speak highly enough about all of the staff on duty, one male and two-three females, all were great, but if I had to choose one that stood out, it was the male member of staff, as I wrote before, a true credit to the business, one which I hope that they reward him for. As for the food, that was good too, freshly made and piping hot, I will definitely visit again, thank you for the great experience.
Staff were great very friendly and helpful proper Stoke friendly, food was ok normal chain food style and quality. I think it needs a bit of a clean in places gravey on the TV screen in our booth and I knew the gents before I got to it by the smell. It's ok just needs a bit of TLC. Still worth a visit.
Food was very nice lots of choice. staff very polite. Dressed up Christmas which was nice for the kids. Only things was the toilets could do with some attention I feel
