Great experience here. Staff were super helpful with assisting getting allergy menu and making sure all okay. (Lisa and TL) We had chicken strips for starter which came out piping hot and plenty for 2 to share. I had the full monty mixed grill which was cooked exactly how I had asked and my partner had a gravy burger which he enjoyed. Lovely Food and will definitely be back as super helpful staff.
I'd have given The Vine 5 stars but sadly the service wasn't up to scratch. There was just one lady having to cope with the bar, taking food orders and serving the food. Had we not booked I think we'd have been turned away. That said, the atmosphere was still good, and the lady serving styled it out well and we had some good banter with her, but she clearly wasn't having an easy time of things. The food was good though, so will go back another time.
Great pub. Very polite, friendly staff. We enjoyed food and drinks. Access is very easy to move around. Especially if you are in a wheelchair/disability unit. Everywhere is clean and organized. I would recommend the pub to anyone/everyone.
Can’t say anything bad about this place, food is amazing, totally recommend the nachos for starters. Steak was cooked how medium rare should be as well. Staff couldn’t be any better, helpful and always smiling. Everyone has their own opinions but my visit was a well deserved 5 stars. Only 4 for the atmosphere as it’s definitely a food pub at the time of day I came but thank you everyone for a good experience, I’ll be back again 👍👍
We have eaten here whilst stopping in the premier Inn next door. The food was cheap and cheerful, there is a good selection of beers, wine's and spirits. The pub and restaurant were clean and well kept and the staff friendly and helpful.
