Opening in 2003 and boasting the most impressive sound system about the area. The vision of 7even was to produce a venue that offered premium music and premium drinks for premium people.
The nightclub opened in an exciting time for English rock music and brought the ever popular and growing britpop and indie rock music sounds to Sunderland's active nightlife. 7even also introduced northern soul and funky nineties electronic music to the area.
Great indie bar and it's open late
The DJ is absolutely awful, I'm editing this review due to the reply I received. I have been assumed to know someone else who gave a bad review which is false. Also assumed that my issue was with the music which it was not it was the attitude of the "DJ" who apparently wasn't there. You claim there was not a DJ, the bar staff seem to disagree and said there was one and he could do requests but "he was a right knob, so good luck" not really a place I'd advise anyone returning to.
The DJ He is awful!!!!! Its empty toll 4am Tillthrn the DJ stands out side with his freinds. The bar staff explaind he stands with hos freinds till he is forced to do other wise. THEY USE SPOTIFY PLAYLIST ANYWAY!!!!!
DJ clapped my cheeks while i was stoned of me face on ket. pretty mint like 5 stars
