One of the capital’s most famous drag cabaret venues, our iconic show bar and club hosts fabulous, glitter-filled cabaret extravaganzas – seven nights a week, 365 days a year. If you love lip-sync, can’t wait for the quiz, kill it at karaoke or want to dance ’til dawn, we’ll be waiting to welcome you here at the Two Brewers every night of the week.
Oh my god the best night! Came with friends for a birthday and it was BRILLIANT!! Drag show was insane, staff…..well I want to literally have them in my family, couldn’t have been nicer and they were so much fun, really made our night! Thanks everyone, what a great venue.
It's a nice place to have retro pop music and dance, but the security are fairly rude and curt and the bar staff don't look that happy, they seem generally as though they don't want to be there and the feeling is like a bit of a conveyor belt. The charge of £9 entry 9-10 then £10 after ok a Saturday, plus expensive drinks, with mediocre drag, isn't the best incentive, though this might just be Clapham and a lack of LGBT places in South London creating competition.
Absolutely love this place and it’s a huge asset to the community… the reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the music in the front room and Club Room used to be different, with dance and house in the Club Room and pop in the front room which then catered for all different types of people with different vibes. Now the Club Room seems to also play commercial pop with a little bit of dance music, so there is now not a choice of music / rooms. Do you think this can be changed?
Had a great night here for the Karaoke! Some great singers and the atmosphere was amazing! Bar is really nicely decorated and the drink prices are reasonable for the area. Staff are attentive and efficient. Overall a definite place to visit. Car the manager was lovely and made us feel really welcome 10/10
You can always rely on a good night out at The Two Brewers. It is a stalwart of the London gay scene, especially if you don’t wish to travel into central London. There are nightly shows, sometimes more than one drag queen. The venue has a great mix of ages and two different rooms playing various music. The drinks prices are the same as most gay bars, it can be an expensive night out if you also pay to get in. The security staff are good and the bar service usually quick. Stand near the stage if you want to enjoy the show up close, otherwise try to get on a balcony or table for a good view.
