NEW MANAGEMENT pints are absolutely amazing, staff are amazing trying to bring the trimmers back, coors will be back january but as it stands anyone who remembers the trimmers from 2016 will be amazed it's the exact same, everyone who knows the trimmers from then will not be disappointed, its well worth a nostalgic visit it's worth it
Went here for great niece's christining drinks. Friendly staff and great prices being as we are from Suffolk
Good for small events
We was on our yearly pilgrimage from Sheffield to south sheilds to visit family there. We went to the trimmers last year under different management. Yes it was busier last year but I'm led to believe the punters weren't just frequenting the place for drink and atmosphere. Last year it was just another rowdy pub with decent music. This year however we were met and treat with a personal touch the new management obviously know what it takes to run a legendry pub where true memories are made. I just hope people don't judge this place on previous management because the new people are in a different league.
