Far better than it used to be many years ago, Great place for a beer. Stayed once and was better than anything else around town

Nice traditional pub with a good selection of beers and wine. Food was excellent, especially the steaks. Very friendly barman who made my wife's night by arranging some Bon Jovi to be played

Fantastic place. Warm welcome from Management and team. Really good and reasonably priced food. Well kept beers etc. They say "Don't judge a book by its cover" Certainly the case with this establishment. Nothing wrong with the exterior either, this is a traditional Coaching House and retains its authenticity.

We stumbled across this pub and are glad we did. Great food, really generous portions which were excellent value. I had the scampi and chips with lovely minted crushed peas and homemade tartare sauce. The service was really friendly too. Would recommend as a great dinner option in Pakefield.
