It's not a bad pub but do expect kids to be running around..

Service at the bar was a little slow at times. It was a busy Saturday lunchtime. But apart from that we enjoyed our meal. We were able to take as long as we liked and did not feel rushed. Sarah was very helpful and welcoming.

Make sure only disabled people are using the disabled car parking spaces with blue badges and also make sure the reserved table is actually reserved and not some one sitting at it drink a pint ……no notice of reservation was on the table at all. Food and service was very good apart from this.

Four of us had lunch there and the food and service was fantastic. Very reasonably priced too. Drinks/beers and four mains for less than £65. Would definitely go back.

Over the last few months, I have had many changes. Going from wheelchair to a prosthetic has been easier than anticipated, now a little bit more agile and independent. The bonus for me and others who need assistance from time to time is the staff behind the bar, and being attentive without being overwhelming is down to great customer service. Carla and her team are fantastic. 5 star plus to them.
