I've been here a lot over the years. Good value for money. Food is good. Staff are really nice.
I left a positive review a couple of weeks ago and we decided to be brave and bring our children along this evening, since there was a good deal on offer kids eat for £1 - we arrived at our booked time and got our table, food and drinks, eventually. our waiter took a while when we were finished to come over our children wanted some ice cream - i headed to get a drink from cola machine and she asked my partner if we were all finished - he explains the children would like pudding but wanted to wait for me to return to help with the order - i returned and she walked past twice on her phone talking and texting, we decided to leave as it appeared she couldn't be bothered waiting and was more interested in talking to friends by the bar - a bit disappointed and so were the kids, sorry Toby
The Staff there are very friendly, smile and really helpful. I enjoyed the atmosphere. It is a nice venue and the food is good. The chefs cater for all and it is good to see the same faces behind the hotplate and serving drinks.
Despite it being exceptionally busy the service and staff were superb as always. Food was outstanding, hot and tasty, even tried desert and that was outstanding also. Special mention to the lady who looked after us at table 31, run off her feet but warm, friendly and professional. Would have got a 10 out 10 but the ice machine is still not working.
Went for dinner on a Wednesday night and as it was busy, we waited half an hour for a table which was fine as we waited at the bar. The food was delicious, staff were attentive and nice atmosphere. Only downside was some dirty cutlery (even when new cutlery requested it was dirty) but I can’t wait to go back!
