We all had a lovely meal out with a table for 10. The service was outstanding, and the food was good. We will return. Only deducting one star for the food as the brownie, although nice , was extremely firm , almost chewy. Thank you Miller & Carter for giving us a great day out , and supplying a little birthday surprise for our special guest 👍🎉🥳
We booked for my birthday. 7pm. We arrived with time to spare. Drinks in bar understandable. However still waiting 20mins past table booking time. Manager gave my partner dinner menu but not me. We sat andvwaited for second menu .... in end I got up and asked bar man if he could get me one. Waitress was lovely. However, even tho, I have cracked pepper allergy, we had to wait over 1 hour before any food served. We ordered the 74.95 steak platter... Food not bad, but cant see how worth that amount of money. PEOPLE, IF READING THIS, BEWARE 20% VAT TAX IS ADDED AS EXTRA ON TOP OF FINAL PRICE !! Bit upset at total time in restaurant. AFTER, Out in car park, some idiot had run into the front of my car and broke my number plate away from one screw fixing and bent my bumper on right side !! They hit and run .....!!
Nice location, staff was friendly. We went as a group of 6 (friends). Food was good, steak cooked perfectly. Seafood slightly overcooked. Only issue I had was waiting around 25 minutes for a coke. Then we had the same issue when ordering wine. It took around 20 minutes to come. Chips was stuck together. Apart from that, it was a good night.
Well I was more than surprised when I walked through the door . As I thought I was walking into a micro pub and got quite a surprise to be greeted by wonderful staff , opulent decor , amazing food wow just wow . And I was in the Grimsby establishment and our server Ross couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive , what a refreshing change from other eateries . Thanks Ross it was very much appreciated
Had a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They asked if we had any dietary needs. It was nice not to be asked every five minutes how everything was, allowing us to enjoy our own space. The food was served with a decent pause between the courses and drinks served at good intervals. The food was amazing cannot fault it. Overall, we had a lovely experience and will be going again with no hesitation.

We are a friendly relaxed pub, a place to come a chill with a beer after a hard day. We have pool and darts teams that play for us and a traditional "Monday Club" which is a card bingo, play your cards right and name cards, all for cash prizes.
