Great band, bad advice. Great beer.
Very friendly staff. Dogs are welcome. Just chat with the bartender to find your drink. Let it be a gin, liqueur, beer or cocktail or something else. Downsides: One of the monitors shows a 70's music show with nice songs but the music playing is different. That was strange. Also I wish they had some more snacks or something to eat. Still probably the best choice in this town for your evening drink.
We dropped in here for a drink whilst out on a walk in Maryport. A lovely pub with friendly staff and locals and very reasonably priced drinks. Our dog was also made welcome. Thank you.
As fellow publicans visiting the local area for a fishing trip, we thought we would support the local trade. The smell of mould & the state of the toilets was horrendous. They should be condemned. The staff were friendly and the beer was good but that’s it. Brewery needs to support the management and get things fixed!
Friendly pub, shows a lot of sport. Fair prices.
