Fantastic restaurant! Friendly staff, excellent choice of food, extremely reasonable priced. Food was delicious! Definitely returning!!

We have been in Eyemouth on holiday this week & stumbled across The Tavern as it is close to our holiday cottage-what a find! Excellent food & wide range of drinks all reasonably priced, staff all very friendly & welcoming, and what a view! Would definitely return & would recommend to anyone.
Staff are super helpful and very friendly too. didn't have any food but the food looked great. my partner said the toilets were clean as was the gents i used. really no issue is too much for the staff either wonderful service provided too as is the fantastic atmosphere.
Friendly welcome on a cold day. Had coffee and stayed for excellent good value lunch. Decor is a bit 70s “working persons club” but it is very clean and well kept. Staff warm and friendly and service was quick and attentive. It has a dog friendly area. Covid measures in place. Nice view of the sea. Scampi and Fish Baskets were good .
