Disappointingly, style over substance. We had light bites but other than the soup, the bruschetta and whitebait were thoroughly disappointing. The whitebait was over-cooked, and the bruschetta, whilst pretty looking, was insipid! The tomatoes were cold, hard and flavourless, there was supposed to be pesto, but it was missing, but the Cornish Brie, and drizzle of balsamic at least gave some flavour. Some of the main meals coming out of the kitchen looked better….I only hope they tasted better too!

Lovely venue for a lunch date. Service good and welcoming. Food excellent. Cheesey bread served with the lasange so moreish can I ask for a plate full of that next time we visit! :>) Can wait for the summer so we can sit outside, eat, drink and watch the world go by.
Best vegan burger I’ve ever had. Everyone enjoyed their meal, great service and atmosphere, very reasonably priced.
Excellent, friendly service. Exquisite food. Will definitely go back. We had salt and pepper squid and sharing nachos for starters, then fish and chips, chicken wrap and cheeseburger for mains, followed by fudge cake, chocolate brownie and cheesecake for deserts. Absolutely lovely. 100% recommend.
