Clean and served quickly, food quality and value for money not so much we ordered a kids cheeseburger meal £5.50 loads of fries and good size burger the fries were so crispy you couldn’t put on a fork without them breaking, then an adults burger meal just under £12 the burger was the same size as kids but with 2 burgers a bit of lettuce burger sauce and a few pieces of crispy bacon although you wouldn’t know they were on it.same amount of fries as the kids meal which to be fair the kids meal was definitely the better deal,all the burger patties were dry so overall a disappointing visit and not once did anyone come to us during the meal to ask if all was ok.
Was very quiet but staff was very personable and attentive. Whilst busy doing other jobs to keep the communal areas clean and tidy, she delivered great service. Good was good value and good quality. Had lovely warm fire and tv in areas too.
Last minute booking for 12 people never been before. Food was perfect everyone got what they ordered food was warm and valued for money. Friendly bar staff. Would recommend and Will definitely be back 😊
First time visiting but so impressed, very welcoming and so clean. food was fantastic, couldn’t fault any of it, and such good value for money. First class service and will definitely be going again. loved the Father Christmas sleigh with elf!!

The food was then delivered to our table, which worked well for our group. A highlight of the visit was the presence of an inflatable bouncy castle on the day we went. This provided entertainment for the children and added a fun and family-friendly element to our dining experience. I opted for the mixed grill, and specifically requested the steak to be cooked medium. While the steak was slightly more on the rare side, it wasn't a major issue and still had a decent flavor. Overall, the Station Pilot offers a good dining option without breaking the bank. It might not stand out as an extraordinary dining destination, but for the price paid, the quality of food and the added entertainment for the children make it a worthwhile choice. If you're looking for a relaxed and affordable meal with a family-friendly touch, the Station Pilot is certainly worth considering.
