Outwardly unassuming but more than worth stopping by! Food is very well presented and prices are very reasonable for what you get. The service was friendly - just a little slow to take our food order. All cooked fresh and tasted great
What a wonderful place. Warm, friendly staff. The food was amazing! Best steak I have had and the mushrooms were to die for!! Great value for money. Would recommend booking so you are not disappointed. We will definitely be back!
Lovely place Food was amazing The Hunters Chicken Burger was great My wife has a stake which was equally delicious. Service was good Hard to say about atmosphere, it was relatively quiet when we were there but felt like a nice place. Highly recommend for food.
This place is a hidden gem if you want a steak, you can choose from rib eye, sirloin rump & fillet also flat iron steak, it's cooked to your liking. Such a choice with sides & sauces too! Starter garlic mushrooms are so good Best ever steak eaten, the chips & onion rings are excellent too👌 I would have given a 5 for service & I would especially the waitress who served us first & attentive bar lady, but whilst waiting to pay for the bill at the bar another customer came to pay literally went passed us basically jumped the queue & a young waitresses came by & ignored us & went to serve the other customer before us, it was the bar lady who said that we'd been waiting to pay & she should attend to us first, quite rude really as the young waitress knew we were waiting to pay, but other than that excellent, celebration daughters graduation master's degree!
The Station Inn in Church Stretton is an absolute gem. The menu is focused on steak, and boy, do they do it well. The meat is cooked to perfection, with a juicy and tender texture that practically melts in your mouth. I ordered a Rib Eye medium rare and it was as soft like butter. The other order was a steak burger and it vanished but left them full and very happy. The sides are pretty delicious too, our chips and coleslaw was great. To top it all off, the service at The Station Inn was exceptional too.
