Ideally located right outside the Wellington train station. We are in a great position to explore the Ironbridge Heritage site, Shrewsbury, Much Wenlock, Telford International Centre and the surrounding areas of Shropshire.
With it's fantastic hospitality and wide selection of cask ales and wines, our bar is frequented by a steady and diverse flow of people throughout the day. Attracting an eclectic array of guests from 18 to 80, the atmosphere is busy yet relaxed.

Lovely place to wait for your train and enjoy a pint by the fireplace
Very nice pub with good local punters
Only stayed for an opening pint, no issues during those 30 mins but it has gained and unfortunately on previous visits does live up to a certain reputation. No issues this time but as I say it was early at 8pm and only stayed for one pint. Would avoid.
We got off the train at Wellington and stumbled upon this place. We wanted something to eat but the kitchen had been closed for 10 mins. They reopened the kitchen and cooked us the most awesome breakfast. 10/10 from us.
My wife and I stay at the Station Hotel regularly and we love it. The staff/owner or not just helpful and friendly but treth us like family. We had great time in the bar. We had a packed breakfasts for the early train and looking forward to the next time.
