Discoverd this lovely family run cafe while walking the Buchan railway line. Where We greeted with a warm friendly welcome! My friend enjoyed a Panini while l had tasty chilli toastie. Highly recommend Support Local ☺️
After walking on the railway line we popped in here for a quick lunch and were very impressed with the service and the food , theres plenty of space inside and seats to enjoy the sunshine outside with a side hatch for ice creams , the owner took our order and was very personable and so we had the Elmer Fudd and the George Double Ya with coffees and a Shake ,both were excellent and coupled with the friendly service from the young staff means the Platform 5 will be a stop for us when heading to the North coast, well recommended
Popped in to grab lunch to take away with my daughter. Lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming, the decor is lovely, it's a nice fresh clean space, we will definitely dine in next time we visit. Lots of choice on the menu, and the dessert counter is mouthwatering! Had a little wait for the food, but that's to be expected for food freshly prepared. Not disappointed, the food was delicious.
Unbelievably good food, fab atmosphere and great owners. Totally unique in the area, well worth a visit. Outdoor dog-friendly seating for summer days and a little bit of in-store retail. If you're passing by within ten miles it's WELL worth stopping in!
Out of this world panini’s and fantastic coffee! Platform 5 is amazing! They offer the best coffee (sit in and takeaway) and are so passionate about their food they make. Their menu has a variety of options for all and can’t recommend the panini’s enough - they are well thought out and delicious! Highly recommend!
