Lovely village pub, just out side of Bath. First class Sunday roast dinner, fast service and good atmosphere. I had the the Pheasant in bacon with all the vegetables. The roast potatoes and the cheesey leeks were delicious. Very good food indeed.
Lovely hosts and excellent food. Staying in an expensive hotel nearby, this food was twice as good. Expertly cooked fillet steak, real homemade chips, sauce cooked to request. A proper pie too. Well priced. Thank you.

Absolutely superb food and plenty of it. Best dining out experience we've found locally since we've lived here. Opening hours are variable so best to book first. Excellent.
