Corey’s Sports Bar opened in 2014 to offer Tamworth a unique sports bar with multiple screens, table football, pool tables and quality food & drink at reasonable prices. Since then, Corey’s has kept growing and is now a regular spot for plenty of Tamworth locals!

Really delicious authentic curries, best we found in Tamworth after a long search! Very fresh and definitely tastes homemade. Prices were more than reasonable for the great food you get, similar to other bar and grills I’ve found in Birmingham which is great. The ladies serving at the bar and serving the food were really friendly and welcoming too, provided everything we needed for our meal. Will be returning for sure.

Indian mix grill is a 10 out of 10.. the new chef is cooking up some amazing food. Chicken, lamb kebabs, lamb chops are juicy, spicy and soft. Iv eaten in the Grove, Red Lion, Red Cow, Island Inn, Soho Tavern you name it iv been there. The food here tops all of them. A large mix grill feeds around 3 large lads or 4 average people. Chef made me a special desi Chicken curry which smacked me across the face. This is a must try with exceptional customer service.

Enjoyed a nice lunch here, the atmosphere was very nice. Very friendly staff who were exceptionally accommodating and kind. Could tell the place had a good view upon entrance. Great place to watch sports for sure with the amount of space and screens there, whichever direction you face you're able to see a screen. The menu was huge and had a variety if tasty options, great for sharing 👍🏿. Had to say thanks to the Chef as the food was 10/10. Also beers and food was CHEAP, so defo a recommended place to come to if you're ever up this way.

An excellent dining experience was had by all. Pleasant and helpful staff ...and a very good range of draught lagers and spirits and an excellent selection of Classic bar food and Indian! The Chicken Karahi , Garlic Naan and Rice was first class as well as the Shish Kebabs... Kids had Fish fingers and chips, after they were done with the freely available colouring crayons and activities. We got our sanity back for the hour and all in all well worth the visit ...and what's more if you're frightened of missing the football then fear not because there are TVs high up for you to keep an eye on the game .

Not been here since it’s reopened at Koreys! But wow just from the minute I walked in and smelt the food. This place didn’t disappoint. Selection of drinks was great. We find ourselves a lovely clean table and looked at the menu. I didn’t realise there was an English and Indian menu. Soon perused the Indian menu were we settled on the large grill platter £18.50 (see photo). This fed two people with no other food purchased but if we were going to have more food this would serve 4 easily! Everything was so fresh and tasted so good! Now we love our lamb chops and we’ve tried many Indian lamp chops (best are Manzils in Digbeth Birmingham) however these are definitely a 2nd!! And closer. So already planning out next visit in the next couple of weeks. Washed the food down with a Cobra which was fab too! Ps ladies and men’s toilets where spotless even at 5.30pm on a Saturday afternoon. Says a lot about an establishment IMO if the toilets are looked after during opening times. Ive not returned to places if hygiene isn’t a priority!! See you soon Koreys!!
