Great service and really good offers sent regularly via email(40% off) As we go to this pub anyway it makes for a very good priced meal. The staff are all really nice and friendly, from the manageress to all the waiting staff. Nothing is too much trouble.

So, after many years of visiting the 3 Magpies, we will be regulars no longer. We went for our usual lunch yesterday, which was not as good as it has been, then when my son joined us after school for tea, he wanted to swap a sauce for his chicken. The bar staff were rushed off their feet and were a staff member down, so I opened the kitchen door to ask the chef. The way that woman spoke to me was appalling. She refused to swap it, even though this has been done many times in the past without a problem, but she flatly refused and was very nasty in her manner and voice. I've never seen this person before but I was informed she's the new kitchen manager! Well she certainly doesn't know how to behave towards regular paying customers! When I told the bar staff about it they said that this was a regular thing with her and as she's the kitchen manager they can't do anything about it. What a disgrace, and a shame, you will be losing many more customers thanks to that horrible woman! I DID NOT ENTER THE I STOOD AT THE DOOR AND SHE WAS IN SPEAKING DISTANCE!

Went in for food on Sunday and was delighted with our visit. When we entered we were welcomed by the landlady and shown to our table. She then helped us to download the app, explaining the benefits of having it including a free drink and earning reward points for what seems to be some amazing rewards. When we had browsed the menu we went to the bar to place our order, at which point they paid special attention to our allergies and swiftly provided us with our drinks to take back to the table. We ordered 2 lasagnes and a surf and turf. Everything was delicious and served in a timely manner. As we were coming to the end of our meals we were informed of the evenings entertainment that we had on. As they had made us feel so welcome and like we had been coming in for years (it was out first visit recommended by a friend), we stayed for the entertainment which was delightful. Would definitely recommend to others and we will be back very soon to get our 2nd reward stamp and claim out free drink 😊

Delicious food. Excellent service particularly from Jazz who was so attentive and made sure our little one was happy with colours and smaller cutlery. Excellent. Always brilliant service. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Always look after us.

We were struggling to find somewhere for breakfast. Everywhere we went was closed despite google saying that they were open... And it was fate, cause we ended up in the 3 magpies. Staff were super accommodating and really friendly. Venue was spotless. Facilities were fantastic. And the food was phenomenal. The plate was piled high, amazing value for money and it was really tasty. They even gave us plasters for my partners toes where her shoes had worn at her. 10/10 would breakfast here again!
