Beautiful food and friendly service. Freshly made food worth waiting for, chefs special.. honey and garlic glazed chicken with chorizo and fresh pineapple skewers with spicy guacamole and a feta and olive salad, really delicious and nutritious. Dog friendly pubs 🙌🏼 always 🐾
Such a lovely spot, food was fresh and delicious. Accommodating to the smaller tummies and friendly staff.
Cannot fault this place at all, every single staff member can’t do enough for you they really look after you. The service is incredible, I love that it’s a relaxed atmosphere but the food is still second to none. Eaten here a few times for breakfast, dinner and tea and never had a problem with food and would always recommend to friends and family. I would highly recommend Sunday lunches lovely and filling and very tasty. The 2 for £16 is a brilliant deal on a Friday for fish and chips and you get a huge portion, well worth popping in for. I recently tried the Ribeye Steak and I have mine medium, it was cooked to perfection. Thank you to all of the staff for all of your hard work it’s always a pleasure coming here. Gav, John and Dave are a credit to the pub as chefs the food is always to high standards.
Great food and service more than just pub grub!
Visit details: 3 Adults, 2 Children. Ordered: 2 Friday Fish & Chips offers, Halloumi fries, 2 pints of PepsiMax, Latte. Bill Total: £46 This place is GOOD! Clean, nice atmosphere, fast service and great food and because of that it is BUSY (understandably). So I would recommend that you book. Staff: nice and friendly, quick to serve. Landlady is direct/straight to the point which might take some aback, but don’t assume this to be rude…the pub is busy and she has to manage a fast pace environment and does it well. The pub itself: clean, spacious and clean toilets. Overall… There’s lots of places to eat in Cleethorpes and plenty of Fish and Chips (trust me we’ve tried them all), this place is the best of the bunch (better than papas!) for Fish and Chips and we will be back to try the rest of the menu.
