Excellent service and environment. Came to see Taylor Swift tribute, the landlady made the kids feel exra special and involved them with photos and special mentions. Will definitely be back x
Having driven past more times than I care to count I actually visited this week and dined. It was brilliant a mixture of original country pub with modern dining. The staff were lovely and welcoming the prices fair the choice of drinks both on tap and behind the bar perfect would highly recommend so much so we are planning to book a part event there.
We attended a Golden Wedding Anniversary party here recently. The event room was lovely. The food was great. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would thoroughly recommend this place for events/ parties.
Booked the function room for our Wedding Party, cannot recommend this pub highly enough. What the staff manage to do for this type of venue is absolutely incredible, they are so accommodating, always helpful particularly with dietary requirements with food, friendly and awesome! Food as always, is the star of the show. Please book for your events!
Went to a birthday function, the function room was smallish but it did create a good atmosphere with a very accommodating DJ. The food (I'm not sure if it was supplied by Sitwell Arms) but was very tasty and well presented. The bar staff were very friendly and attentive. Outside there are tables on the grassed area and a large and very adequate carpark. I didn't notice if there was an entrance to accommodate a wheelchair as the main front entrance has steps with a rickety hand rail. Very nice pub will visit again....thanks to the staff.
