Great pub .We go for walks in the area and always end up here . Friendly staff nice selection of beers and a great atmosphere 👌
Our second pub in Slaithwaite. Had 5 real ales although all were basically variations on a Pale Ale. Could do with a little more variety. Jorvic ordered the Ossett Yorkshire Blond. Very good. Traditional pub with a pool table. We sat in the small front beer patio facing the road.
Good place for a quick pint or a few. Conveniently located at the heart of Slaithwaite village. Good selection of beer. Plenty of seats, inside and outside. Dog treats and a bowl of water for furry friends.
16/06/23: small selection of craft ale. Relaxed atmosphere. Part of the Huddersfield Ale Trail. Worth a pint at least!
