Whole heartedly recommend the castle inn. I had a pizza and my partner had a lasagna. We both really enjoyed everything about the night. Really lovely inside and lots of seating. Just a really good experience all round and we will be back.
Very nice and cosy place. Staff is most welcoming. We could choose the desired seat. Cocktails and sushi were amazing, definitely something I would have again and would recommend. I found music slightly too loud, that might be because the speaker was above our table, it might not be as loud if you sit at a different table. Place has a fireplace which I love.

The menu at Castle Inn Corby Restaurant showcased a delightful blend of traditional and contemporary dishes. It was evident that great care had been taken in selecting high-quality ingredients, resulting in beautifully presented plates bursting with flavor. The menu offered a variety of options to suit different preferences, from hearty mains to vegetarian and vegan choices.
Really, really good food. Had the salmon with vegetables. The salmon a bit too dry. The peas and beans were very tasteful. The potatoes yammie. The lady even made me an alcohol free cocktail, dressed up with some fruits. The restaurant breathes a nice and warm atmosphere. The views on the valley are spectacular. As desert, I had a latte. To my surprise, they have Stevia liquid as a sweetner. 👍🏻 Better than all that artificial stuff. I was looking for a good restaurant and was pleasantly surprised and happy.
Sunday lunch today was lovely! We had 3 of the roast beef and one seafood pasta. Drinks arrived quickly and food within 30mins. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals - thank you!Staff were all friendly and attentive too
