Disgusting dirty hotel with an incredibly rude bunch of staff!! Particularly the manager Mark. This place is not child friendly infact its not even adult friendly its only good for the drunks and desperados. The hotel is not hygienic because it is not cleaned properly. Do not waste your money, go and spend an extra £20 and stay somewhere 100 times nicer than this rotten flea pit!!!
Had a great stay and dinner. Staff were so friendly. Food was delicious and the portions are huge! Rooms are nice, Clean and tidy. Tea/coffee was very well stocked! I had my 3 year old child with me and there was a little noise from the courtyard but nothing more than I would expect for a Saturday night in a pub! She still managed to get to sleep easy! Would definitely come back.
Quick lunch in the coffee shop attached. Generous portions and good prices. Left my phone by mistake and they had it safe when I realised and went back. Thank you so much!
I did not stay at the hotel but went to both the restaurant and the pub. Hot chocolate from the restaurant side was like dishwater, really bad. We then went to the pub and the decor was run down, atmosphere was more of a coffee shop with locals constantly hanging around and in the way. The most shocking though was 2 pints cost £9 which for location and service/establishment is way overpriced. Maybe a nice place for locals and perhaps the prices are lower for them too but with so many options out there nowadays I will give this place a miss next time.
