A TRADITIONAL FAMILY-FRIENDLY PUB
Soak up our friendly service and homely charm in the Merseyside village of Rainhill. Our early 19th Century pub is named after the famous ‘Stephenson’s Rocket’ which won the Rainhill steam trials in 1829! The place to be for a refreshing drink, the biggest fixtures in sport and a game of pool or darts. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Was there for a family gathering. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Staff were wonderful, as were the customers. Everyone was super friendly and patient. Managed to even have a game of pool with my 6 year old without anyone making a fuss.
