Good location nice staff cold beer. Only gripe is the English pool tables upstairs was in need of reclothing along time ago. It reminds me of a table kids play in spain

Great atmosphere and friendly helpful staff, enjoyed a few hours of pool and a drink with friends. Natalie behind bar was very helpful with sorting out my new membership for me. Will be back again soon 😊
It seems every time we come to this Riley's Sports Bar we experience one disappointing experience after another. It's always incredibly slow service to get onto a snooker table or pool table, and not because there is a lack of staff or because it's overly busy. Staff are typically idle or too pre-occupied with talking to staff and their regulars. When staff can even find or confirm our online booking on the system, which always seems to be a tedious struggle for them, we typically only get about 1 hour and 45 minutes of actual playing time on our 2 hour table, simply because the service is so slow. I have raised this with the staff, who have confirmed that we will get the extra time added on to the table but they don't honour it, and I really shouldn't have to ask. I can just about overlook the dated decor, the scandalous drinks prices (£4 for one pint of diet coke), and even the damaged table cloths; but the service however is consistently disappointing. It is a wonder how this place is still even in business.
Sports bar is decent - TVS all over the place and not too expensive. I ordered some sweet potato fries and got a dreadful sized portion - genuinely less that a potatoes worth. They also didn't have any normal chips available either - which seems odd! But, you're probably not going for the food
