Great place for music venue. DJ EV is on the Dec's in this one. Lovely staff. Nice people and great atmosphere.
Had another excellent meal here last night. Good atmosphere with a juke box quietly playing 60s era music. There is a good choice of pub favourites to choose from. My favourite is the Thai curry and my husband likes the liver and bacon but we have had the sausages, fish and chips and scampi. For red meat eaters there are burgers etc. Excellent ale too. We held the wake for my late brother here in March and the pub put on a really good spread for his carers and relatives. Sunday lunches are excellent too if you want turkey or beef and freshly cooked vegetables which is rare nowadays.
Second vist for a meal, this time was a date night. Warm greeting from Karen behind the bar . Food was excellent. Highly recommend
A lovely welcoming public house with a large selection of drinks. Blackshore stout being my favourite tipple at the moment.
A lovely old pub with fantastic rock posters on the walls! Very friendly and welcoming staff,. Sunday roast was excellent . Proper home cooking. 🏡
