I spent some time here while I was working on a project locally. The room was cozy with nice amenities. The staff was amazing, friendly and fun to be around. The food was very good. The area was great for walking and capturing images. I spent many an evening chatting at the pub inside. I'd come back if I got the chance.
Amazing food and great service. Warm and very welcoming, lovely picturesque setting. Great selection of food and good choice of cask ales. Well worth a visit.
Excellent place to stay, a real fire, real ale and a real good atmosphere. Fantastic food and friendly helpful staff. Had a great time sure we will go again next year.
Fabulous Pub with exquisit food! Pub cuisine at its best with very friendly service and a cosy atmosphere. The desert menu in itself is to die for hehe! We were 6 including two kids! And we only paid 85£ including drinks!! Super value for what we got too!
Excellent food with good sized portions and the staff were engaging & friendly. And the Full English was tip-top and the best I've had in ages! The rooms were well kept & provided with tea & biscuits. The only downside was that our room was too hot (after a hot day in early Sept) and the windows were screwed shut so we couldn't air it.
