Whats happened to the customer is always right ! Seriously need some mature staff with lbetter attitude and more brains when I ask for 2 half's of cider that's what I expect not a pint . Then get a lot of attitude of a stupid girl yes girl sorry use to love the pub but your staff need a lesson in manners.
Lovely ambience always a pleasure to pop in while in town on afternoons 😊✌️💜✌️
We popped in for lunch,my grandson and I had homemade burgers,chips and homemade coleslaw it was delicious, my grandson said it was much better than Mc Donalds. Now there's praise .
Great atmosphere apart from one old idiot who wanted to fight the world! Would think he'd know better at his age. Served very quickly considering the amount of people in the place. Really enjoyed ourselves.
Often go in and I have always had a good time. Great atmosphere and well stocked bar.Staff are friendly and welcoming. Can certainly recommend the Punch Hotel
