The Plough Inn is just what you'd expect from a family run, traditional free house village pub... a warm welcome, a great choice of pub lunches with burgers on Saturday evenings, a wide choice of local ales and craft beers, a great selection of wines and spirits plus a stunning garden to sit out in. Whether you walk, cycle or drive here, you are made most welcome! Families are always welcome as are well behaved dogs (when food is not being served). We look forward to seeing you!.
First visit for lunch. Half hour wait for food because it was so busy! Absolutely 💯 worth the wait, this will be a regular for me and my son. Lovely hosts and staff. Excellent

We arrived at the plough before it opened, it was very cold inside. The food was excellent, and the service was okay. I had a lime cordial, which cost me £1.95 for half a pint, I don't go out much but paid 50 p for a pint of cordial at a local pub the week before, so thought this was very expensive.
What an absolute delight to visit this village pub.. Stunning back gardens with comfortable seating and excellent service from a meadows landlady and lovely landlord. I've not been in the pub for many a year but will definitely return shortly. A shining example of first class customer service. 5 🌟 rating.
Sound food, perfectly cooked and good value for money. My order was slightly wrong but it didn't matter, I enjoyed it just as much! Excellence pint. Lovely garden and seating area. Parking on the street is unusual but the pub is definitely worth a visit. We will certainly be back again.
