A small comfortable family-run pub at the centre of the village, close to stops for Lincoln-Gainsborough buses. Good value food is served (not Sunday and Monday evenings) - fish and chips are a speciality, carvery on Sunday. One of the two guest beers is often from a Lincolnshire Brewery such as Grafters or Oldershaw.
Great village pub, pleased it's re-opened, worth a visit.
Great staff and atmosphere. Nice beers.
Nice clean and tidy pub with amiable landlord and good beer
Great little proper, traditional village pub. Superb atmosphere. Like a pub should be, full of conversation, full of atmosphere, full of love for their trade. To find a proper local pub these days is a rare thing. Every time I walk into this place it makes me smile that a little bit of our history, as in a proper British village pub is preserved and there for all to experience. Plenty of talk, plenty of laughs and a whole lot of friendliness. Absolutely love it.♥️♥️♥️♥️
It looks amazing since the refurb. Nice pint. Wishing Tim, the new landlord all the success he deserves.
