called in today for a pint. the first time in a long, long time (nearly 17 years) the owners (and dogs) made us feel very welcome.
I didn't have food so can't review, but everything else was nice. Nice rustic village pub
Very nice to take my family for a personal celebration and it was timed well for an England World Cup winning game. Very reasonable prices and I can recommend either the Stella lager or the Savignon Blanc!
Had a lovely night at the pub. The beer was of exceptional quality and taste. Lovely atmosphere, professional bar lady and nice beer garden. Had four games of pool and beat my little brother four games. What's not to like when you are winning.
Rough around the edges, but a very friendly pub. Part of a bus tour when we popped in so only one bar maid and a staff member on a night off. He jumped on and helped serve. Has darts, pool and a beer garden with an amazing views. Try this place and support your local pub, to many are disappearing.
