I am really disappointed from piper the old woman with lots of tattoos she lie to me to buy ticket online or there is lots of people in cue who is going inside without online tickets i told her i will pay on counter like last time i pay she said no she said once i told you buy online so i am not going say yes now she’s very rude or she’s raciest i went to piper 4 5 times but this time she behave like this because i am not british i am foreigner she should check my ID my pockets i am not drinking not smoking weed its my last time i am not going to piper anymore or never recommend to anyone go there if they are foreigner.
Went on Monday where it was all Christmassy & had fake snow sprayed on everyone. Was decent music, the bar staff were really nice and friendly, and 2 of the bouncers were really helpful and really good at their job - Tom and Aidan. I can’t speak highly of them enough! Would recommend.

Absolutely shocking. Was enjoying a night with my friend when I went to the toilets. I went to the toilet and came out and started taking selfies. The female bouncer came in and asked me if I’d thrown a cup of ice over someone. I told her no and that I’d been taking selfies and showed her my drink that was on the sinks. She left and then came back 2 minutes later and asked me to go with her. I went and asked if I was okay to take my drink outside, she responded saying that it didn’t matter because I was leaving. I again said that I didn’t do it and she didn’t care or even listen. She went in to get my friend and was also rude to her. Would never recommend this place. The treatment we got was disgusting and I can’t believe how rude they were. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Will never get mine or my friends business again. Unfortunate because we’d been saying all night what a lovely place it was.
It has changed significantly since I used to go as a student in 2002 to 2005. Lovely and clean, well decorated, plenty of drinks choice and outdoor seating. Friendly staff too.
