This pub is perfect! Good drinks, great food and the staff is polite, available and professional. The price is super fair, the turkey pie is delicious, the fish and chips is the real deal, I mean it is the way it is supposed to be 😉. We drove hours to find a place where we could watch the F1, MotoGP and NFL...no sucess...everywhere we went the tvs where on soccer matches...then I found them on google and called them asking if they could help and guess what: they set a tv only for us! We had an amazing afternoon and evening there. It has just became my fav pub in London. You guys are the top! 😍🤩🤗
Not that much of an atmosphere for the Sunday when we visited, they did have screens uo for the cricket but only a hand ful of people inside. However staff are very helpful.
Place is amazing, i went for the first time 09/11/23. I had an amazing time and will be coming back. Place has an amazing atmosphere and general manager charlie is an amazing person who lights the place up: Leading from the front showing great service. Cannot recommend this place enough
Just moved in the surrounding area recently and came in a few weeks ago with the Mrs, had a lovely cuppla beers with a burger and chips. Food was excellent and the service was too. A small, handsome lad called James served us, he was polite, welcoming and made sure that we were satisfied. Would definitely come again.
Went to the Pear Tree today at 12.40 with my grandson. Went to the bar to place an order only to be told there was no food being served. Apparently the food delivery was late. How can you run a restaurant like this ? Why let customers sit and read the menu. Perhaps the chef had not turned up for lunch service. No apology just some muttering. Can't rate the food and service because there wasn't any.
