We went in on a November Saturday evening, and the place was buzzing. Great atmosphere and lovely and warm with the real fires burning. You can't book a table in advance at the moment but it's a big place so no problem. The staff were attentive and found a table in the lounge for us after a little while. The food was very reasonably priced and good. We had a lovely evening, thank you.
A traditional pub serving typical pub grub. Dog friendly, with a cosy atmosphere, Eddie and the team will make you feel welcome. Family room for the kids with real fires. i
Came for dinner while staying at parkdean, absolutely beautiful food. Between us we had burgers and steak pie. They were so tasty, some of the best we have had. Definitely worth a visit and prices are good. Lovely pub with pool tables too. Lovely staff. Compliments to the chef
Went with wife for dinner on Saturday, very busy had to wait awhile for food but boy was it worth the wait. Ignore the bad reviews on here, staff are friendly always on hand, the food wow it was superb, proper fresh cooked and I proper enjoyed it. Hate places that bring your food 2 mins after you ordered it, l I'd rather wait for quality. You WILL get proper hot fresh cooked food here.
We went for food here on a weekday, family room was amazing and quiet with a few little games for the kids to play. The staff were lovely and willing to help with anything, but the food was absolutely perfect! We all had different dishes and everyone said how beautiful it was and so tasty! Big portion sizes and hot food! Would 100% come back if in the area!
