Take charge of a beautiful mini copper pot still to develop and distil your very own 70cl bottle of gin! All with a G&T in hand at our beautiful distillery in the heart of the countryside on the Essex/ Herts border. Leave the Gin School with your bespoke 70cl bottle of gin, fully labelled.
Gift vouchers for the Gin School Experiences are available on our website and make the ultimate gift for a gin lover. Or buy a unique experience to look forward to. Booking is open for 12 months after purchase, so no need to be super organised with dates.

Corporate meeting room space is available in a quiet, beautiful, rural setting, with or without the Gin School Experience. Close to the M11. Holding your meeting in a distillery is sure to be a talking point and memorable too. Let us host your meeting, followed by a unique social event distilling gin, or making cocktails.
