Consistently excellent for a Sunday roast. Love this pub for the food, atmosphere and choice. They bend over backwards to help.
The pub was fairly busy. The staff were very pleasant. Calamari starter was nice, Scampi main was ok, burger main was dry. Chips were good. Desert Fruit Crumble was very disappointing.
Really lovely experience. Landlady is exceptional. Staff member was excremely accommodating. Food was exactly what we were hoping for. fantastic traditional british pub grub. This establishment ticks all the boxes for a village friendly pub with excellent quality food and the wine selection is also the best i’ve experienced in a while. Happy new year. Fantastic place serving first class food. We enjoyed the service from both Jodie and Lyndsy looked after us well including my pooch who was given a tasty dog treat. Wish I lived nearer, would certainly make this quaint pub and restaurant my local
Really nice thatched pub with low beamed ceilings and a cosy fireplace. Always offering somthing unique on the specials board. Plenty of seating for dining with a generous pub garden.
