Welcome to Calverton’s NEW Village Pub.
Nice locals pub. We use it as a social meeting point every month for a local advanced motorcycle riding group. Decent food and beer. Friendly staff. Been in tonight, it's under new management. We had a really nice meal with some decent beer. Recommended.
Very very smart place too eat or drink .. Main doors too the side were beer garden is side of carpark .
Hopefully this pub is still a work in progress as they have only just been taken over and reopened Sunday evening..4 customers in... Warm friendly welcome from the bar staff... But we're told they were closing at 8.30pm due to no staff!!? No food available either Very stark decor... everything white and cream...no atmosphere Food menu very limited Will be interested to revisit in a few months time and to see what progress has been made
Amazing local pub! Everyone in there (staff and customers) was super friendly and the food was fantastic. Reasonably priced, nice, cosy and quiet. Definitely a huge recommendation from us. Dog friendly too which is a huge bonus!
Lovely food and service,generous portions and tasty fare. We ordered cheese to share for dessert all I can say is WOW lots of different cheeses ,olives and pickles, enough to keep us going for a day or two ! Richard, the landlord happily packaged up what we couldn't eat in recyclable containers for us to take home ! đź’Ž
