We stopped here for a light lunch bite. As a veggy there wasn't much choice so asked if a cheese sandwich could be made. The waitress had to ask the kitchen if this was possible. She came back saying that it could only be made from grated cheese. We asked why it couldn't be made from sliced cheese that was part of the Ploughman's option. This was not possible as the kitchen was too busy! Highly disappointing that such a simple request could not be met. Poor reflection on the New Inn
Fabulous hotel in a beautiful place. Rooms beautifully designed to match the location, good customer service and a pub/restaurant of high quality (and huge portion sizes!)
A proper pub with great food. Extensive selection of beers, wines and spirits. Live music was very good. Limited menu but excellent quality. Vegan options.
The food was excellent quality and they offer a varied menu with lots of choice. Beautiful outside seating area and spacious indoors too. Walls filled with interesting photos. Staff were very friendly
