The Harrington Arms is situated on Tamworth. From Long Eaton follow the signs for Sawley and at the railway station go under the bridge, follow the road for 1 mile and the Harrington Arms is past the church and round the bend on the right.
The Harrington Arms is a traditional coaching inn set in the village of Sawley, central to Nottingham and Derby. The original building dates back to 18th century and was originally a coaching inn Today, locals and travellers alike can be assured of a very warm welcome and enjoy delicious food, a good selection of real ales and fine wines in the oak-beamed restaurant or in the gardens in the warmer months. As an Old English Inn it retains many original features such as open fires and oak beams combined with the comfort and convenience of modern facilities with a winning combination of traditional hearty food, friendly staff, great service has made it a firm favourite with locals and travellers alike. Lovely real ale pub. Also do nice selection of premiem largers. Nice friendly staff good quick sevice. Not left waiting like some bars.

Lovely clean pub on the canal bridge. Refurbished around 2018, then changed ownership in 2023 to the Lincoln Green brewery. Now run by the lovely Amy who has a gift with making food. Good choice of beers and some lovely bar food, including flatbreads, paninis and toasties. Great staff. Good prices. Large beer garden to rear.

Lovely new landlady really cares for the pub. The cider is very good and the food is amazing. Lots of choice of other drinks and it's dog friendly too. Well done amy your doing a cracking job
