Food is terrible,for eg the burgers are made of different meats although on the menu it is described as a beef burger. My family and I came to have a nice meal but ended up with a rancid burger and the only fing that were edable were the onion rings and French fries. The lettuce was old and near to mold we will NOT return here it was wee u pleasant
Should o stayed a premier inn. Showers terrible. Rooms are freezing. And got told by bar staff no more food orders for another 30mins at 5.30pm on Saturday. Dreading breakfast in the morning.
The Bridge is a characterful hotel with great transport links into or out of London and with a proper pub/restaurant that does great food. Andrew and his team of staff are amazing! Friendly, welcoming, efficient and always on hand to help! Thank Andrew!
The staff here were very friendly and accommodating, including at the pub downstairs. The pub itself had a nice classic feel and cozy. A good value, and I’d be happy to stay here again when I’m looking for a greater London area stay.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for two nights and would love to come back next time we are in the area. The room was lovely, modern and well presented. Very comfortable big bed, air con in the room (we stayed in July so this was needed!) Super close to tube stations, bus stops and the main roads so it was easy to get to but also when we wanted to go into central London it was super easy to hop on public transport. The staff were so friendly, made our whole stay very pleasant Would defo recommend!
