We have the traditional favourites Beers and Lagers, but if that’s not your bag, then try a chilled bottle of Prosecco on ice or relax with a good wine and some good honest home made food. When it comes to dishing up, you certainly get your moneys worth, they're certainly "not all plate and no food", there's no scrimping on portions.
Staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was really good. The portion we really big and not over priced. Will definitely be eating there again.cheers
Quirky country pub and restaurant in the historic village of Kirmington, just a stone's throw away from Humberside Airport. The menu is vast (as are the portions) and really good value for money, I would definitely recommend a visit.
Fantastic little gem of a pub, small and cosy, highly advise booking too as it does become fully booked at peak times. The food was exceptional and larger than average portions too. For the price, it's only really the same as any chain pub however you get the fantastic service from the waiting / bar staff, larger than average portions at other establishments and at this establishment, the chef knows how to cook properly! Would definitely be visiting again 100%. The price including two drinks and a desert worked out less than £40 due to having a mixed grill with additional sauce.
The food was absolutely beautiful, plenty of it, hot and well presented. The staff were polite and checked on us regularly. If Guy Martin had turned up, it would have made my visit, but he must have been busy. Lovely lunch time visit
What a great place to eat, we went for my birthday and loved it. The food was freshly cooked and tasty, and the staff was all super nice, great atmosphere with old pics and raf stuff. And some other bits like bike pic, etc. Overall, it was well worth the trip. I have attached the food pics to show how nice the food was. We had korma, chicken goujons, onion rings, treacle sponge, and pear crumble. As you can see, the portion sizes are very good. You also have places to charge your electric car now and ample parking.
