Great local & family pub, serving great food & drinks. Excellent service & staff with fantastic licensees. Memories meeting/functions room and beer garden available.
A comfortable and sizeable three-roomed ex-Melbourne house set in its own gardens. There are currently two real ales sold but there are plans to increase this. The L-shaped lounge is open-plan and wraps around the bar. There is a tap/games room to the rear that is served by an extension to the bar and contains a pool table. An extension to the side of the lounge is used as a dining area and this can be closed off entirely from the lounge. A number of meal deals are offered. In the surrounding grounds is a beer garden and children's play area. A quiz takes place on Sundays. The pub is currently aiming to form pool and dominoes teams for matches on a Monday. Dogs are permitted only in the tap room once food has stopped being served.

Great food good menu choice excellent atmosphere .Staff are friendly and smart.The Manor House is clean ,well-kept and bright.Recommended.
Eating a chewy grizzly undercooked steak in a kids playground was not my idea of an evening out!!!
Fish wasn’t cooked and the batter was soggy. Took 40minutes for dinner order to be taken. Then a further 20 minutes wait. 25 wait for table to be cleared and desert order taken, and another wait for deserts one of them ice-cream. Doesn’t take that long to prepare. Our group has f eight will not be going in there again. After speaking to the manager about our complaints, she wasn’t interested at all. Definitely not good for business.
Excellent menu options that all arrived hot and together for a full family of 6. Really lovely food; especially the perfectly done Yorkshire puddings with plenty of gravy & thick cut chips! Such warm, welcoming & friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommended for a great Sunday afternoon family meal at excellent value for money!!
Nice clean pub.staff very friendly and helpful.The food is excellent served well and pipping hot.You never seemed to be rushed between causes.well worth a visit.Will definitely go back very soon.
