Family lunch, 4 adults & one 3 year old. Menu extensive, prices good, food excellent and cooked to order so piping hot when arriving at table. Service and staff lovely and welcoming and helpful. Granddaughter would have liked pizza but only available for 5 & up. We overstayed our alloted time but staff didn't hussle us to move on, which was really appreciated but it wasn't full so I think we were lucky! Place looked spotlessly clean.

Friendly polite staff I was accompanying 3 vulnerable tenant on a pre Christmas lunch. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and respecting my party. Food was delicious and fresh . Have recommended pub to all friends and family and other work colleagues. Most definitely be back in the near future.

Was in for a lunch with my family. Had a lovely lunch! I enjoyed the smaller plate of mac n' cheese as l don't have a big appetite. The children had the kids meals which they really enjoy. Mum had Surf n Turf and Dad had a pizza. A couple of wines made the day!!!

It's a chain pub that does reasonable food for normal folks at a reasonable price, but it's good at it. Food was good for the price. It was served with a smile and drinks prices are great. Selection was good small portions available. It is busy so I would book if you want to get in. Seats outside for that fantastic Scottish summer weather (i mean it). Staff were nice and friendly. Free.parking available. (It used to be very poor in here but what a change. Amazing). Well done to all the staff/management for the huge improvement. I will be back

Lovely meal at the Lord Lounsdale for a long time and will definitely be back. Easy to book, was seated quickly. Option to order at bar or via phone, I used phone and it was super simple. Ordered the carribean jerk style skewer with skinny fries. Partner had a burger both really enjoyed our meal and great value for money.
