Looks like Tressa sold the remaining 7 year lease in aug'23. Was one of the last few owner operated boozers near the centre. To be fair, to the new manager lady, she hasn't made too many cosmetic changes yet, but she has decided to remove the dartboard. Leaving an unpainted gap in the wall.. strange choice. Probably won't be back now.
Home from home pub. Do you want a traditional local pub when you are in London. If you're near Paddington this is it. This is where the locals drink. It's old school. It's great. Left with a gurt big west country smile on my face.

The bar manager Silvia was incredible very bubbly positive and welcoming. Charlize was also great an absolute Dīâmønd .
Good atmosphere friendly staff and good Duke box music. Reasonable prices for location, we visited on a Sunday night so a bit quiet but suited just fine
